Home Assessment & Modification Program

Home Assessments can help individuals continue to live at home safely and independently. These assessments will identify the path forward for you to stay in your home as your needs change.

Brian's Story

Brian faced challenges due to arthritis and neuropathy, making daily activities risky. Thanks to Disability Advocates, Brian received an assessment of his home from one of our team of Registered Occupational Therapists. Following the assessment, Brian received essential tools like a quad cane, walker, and shower chair, allowing him to live independently and safely.

Emily

This is an awesome much needed organization, they came through once again when I was down with this broken, shaking, scary walker that was on its last leg, now I can get around with a brand new one with confidence. Thank goodness for Disability Advocates of Kent County and Ms. Renee, you are the best.
