Home Assessments can Help Individuals Continue to Live at Home

Our Home Assessments will identify the path forward for you to stay in your home as your needs change. Our team of certified aging-in-place specialists will provide comprehensive assessments unique to our organization. We are committed to providing the best solutions for those facing barriers in their everyday activities and to bring comfort to families knowing they have chosen the best option for their family members. 

Our comprehensive home assessment includes:

Medical Equipment Loan Closet

Receive the assistive technology pieces you need to achieve Independence.

Disability Advocates maintains a medical equipment loan closet with nearly 1,500 individual pieces of adaptive equipment.

Our team of Registered Occupational Therapists and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants are available to assist individuals with identifying needed equipment. A small co-pay may apply.
