Disability Advocates’ Home Accessibility Services team uses the Home For Life Design, Inc.  platform to turn home safety assessments into clear, easy-to-understand reports that support collaboration across teams. By organizing findings into safety and accessibility ratings, along with detailed recommendations for home modifications and adaptive equipment, the platform gives case managers, contractors, and consumers a shared framework for decision-making. This streamlined reporting ensures that everyone involved can quickly understand the individual’s needs, prioritize interventions, and implement solutions that promote safety, independence, and successful aging in place.
