Employment Advocacy

We work with individuals and employers to ensure the work environment fits everyone.

We help individuals understand the intention of the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) with regards to workplace accommodations and we work directly with individuals and employers who have a need for them.

Disability Advocates is here to educate everyone because understanding the ADA and the rights and responsibilities of both the employer and the employee is critical.
