Sales & Outreach Manager

Disability Advocates of Kent County is seeking a full-time Sales & Outreach Manager for its Community Engagement and Advocacy Department!

The Sales & Outreach Manager leads the organization’s sales and delivery, increases program funding, supervises team members, and builds community partnerships. Key duties include developing and executing sales strategies, setting and monitoring sales targets and progress, finding new business partners and customers, and promoting and delivering inclusive services. They will lead a dedicated team to drive revenue growth, partnerships, and community engagement. This role focuses on promoting accessibility solutions, inclusive products, and specialized services, requiring a deep understanding of the disability community and a commitment to authentic, respectful representation. This role helps Disability Advocates grow their mission and support more people with disabilities.

The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of proven experience in sales and will be ready to assume the leadership of existing business development efforts which are primed for growth.

It would be optimal for the candidate to have experience within the building or architectural fields. They must possess excellent communication and customer service skills, outstanding computer skills, time management and organizational skills, and enjoy working with people.

Work hours will need to be flexible for evening and weekend activities.

This is a salaried position at an annual rate between $60,000 - $ 70,000, based on experience. A benefits package is available pursuant to Disability Advocates policies for full-time employees.
