Annual Fund Manager

Disability Advocates of Kent County is seeking a part-time Annual Fund Manager for its Development Department!  The Annual Fund Manager is a non-exempt, 20 flexible hours per week position at an hourly rate of $20-25, based on experience.  A benefits package is available pursuant to Disability Advocates policies for part-time employees: part-time benefits

This position will likely begin the week of January 10, two months prior to our move to our new location on 68th street just off US 131.  Join us in our excitement!

Working with the Development Director, the Annual Fund Manager develops strategies and leads execution of the plan to raise annual operating revenue for Disability Advocates.  This includes administering all aspects of annual fund giving, such as personal asks, event sponsorship, spring, Year End and any other appeals, and online fundraising.  The Annual Fund Manager will also solidify a stewardship strategy for these donors.  The successful candidate must have 2-3 years of fundraising experience, having been directly involved in the cultivation and solicitation of donors. This candidate will also persuasively communicate Disability Advocates of Kent County’s vision, mission, and programs to potential funders.  We are a team of dedicated professionals who are passionate about helping people with disabilities live their self-directed best life!
