Release of H + T Regional Study

 

State-level funding issues

HB 5768 – Motor Fuel Increase, 4 cents now and 4 cents in 2013

HB 5769 – Raises Motor Carrier Fuel Tax by 6 cents now and 6 cents in 2013

HB 5770 – Designates all the revenue from above increases to the Michigan Transportation Fund and from there,
10% of the increase shall go to the Comprehensive Transportation Fund.
